Preserve · Reuse · Teach · Rebuild
Helping old buildings, useful materials and traditional skills stay part of everyday life.

Our approach
Circular Heritage Conservation is here to help people look after historic places, save useful materials from waste, and pass practical skills on to others.
We support careful repair and maintenance, so historic buildings can keep being used rather than left to decline.
We look for stone, timber, doors, fittings and other materials that could be reused before they are skipped or forgotten.
We want more people to understand how older buildings are made, repaired and cared for.
“If something can be repaired, reused or passed on, it should not be treated as waste.”
Why circular heritage?
Old buildings hold more than bricks and timber. They carry local stories, craft, materials and lessons that are worth keeping in use.
